This was more of an experiment where I cut the top of a pineapple a few years ago and planted it and it grew. I've heard, and read many articles of people here in the UK England growing pineapples and even getting fruit so I thought I'd try it. I didn't realize how big it would get.

Here it is. Probably not the best looking I know but still a pineapple plant nonetheless.

Hi
Your plant looks great Thumbs up
I did the cutting rooting thing once but like yours, the leaves were so long,
I just didn't want it taking up all that room.

Considering pineapples are grown in full sun in a field, I don't think a potted indoor pineapple is likely to make much of a fruit, IF it does.
Worry, why do I let myself worry?
