I've noticed pink and white flowers. Red vein in the middle of leaf. Seems fast growing in high moisture times/areas, do you know this plant?

Looks like button weed, Diodia sp... (Diodia virginiana..?) or at least something within rubiaceae.

Yep, that's it. It is very difficult to remove from under desirable plants. Thank you for your help.
