Can you help me identify this plant. See attachment. It appears to be invasive, and I believe it flowers later. It is a perennial. I live in iowa

Welcome to the site!

It looks like it is Solomon's Seal, if it finds its happy spot it will grow aggressively, luckily they are easy to control, just pull them out.

It also looks like you have some Cleavers (Galium aparine) which are the plants poking their heads out from the Solomon Seal, kind of a "sticky" weed

Thanks for the responses. Ya, that sticky weed is all over the neighborhood. Very hold to control.
