Good afternoon, can you confirm with these photos if this is a yellow rust issue that I am dealing with and what would you recommend I solve it with? Thanks, Bill

I added pics of the plant to the original post as requested. I've now noticed a branch that began to wilt, just one branch though. Very strange.
