I have a 12 year old Satsuma Tree that never produced a thing until 3 years ago when I planted a Blood Orange about 6 feet away. Problem is the fruit has terrible taste although it starts off like a Lime and ends up looking like a Satsuma. Any thoughts? Trees are on the north side of residence. Other trees (oranges, figs, lemon) do fine.

Can you post photos of the Satsuma: whole tree, leaves, trunk...?
