Hello,

I started some pineapple ground cherry seeds in three different containers, and what resulted seems to be three or four different plants! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Which of these are ground cherries and which are weeds?

One of them looks like it could be lambsquarters . . . I have to say the idea that only one of the three pots might have actually sprouted ground cherry plants is a touch discouraging.

Thank you so much!

Welcome!

The only plant with any hope of being a groundcherry is #3.

I agree with Daisy. Pic # 2 looks like a weed to me.
