I have some doves wanting to nest in my potted mint. Will it be safe to use for human consumption it they do?

The parts of the mint you are eating or not the parts the doves are sitting on. Smiling

Thank you for your responses.

To Daisyl, I know that I won't be eating the parts of the mint the birds will be sitting on. My concern is since it is in a pot will the soil then become contaminated and then go up into the parts I will be eating?

Nah, don't think so. Don't you use manure in your garden? I do, chicken poop. My veggies are wonderful and taste great.
