|Hi I live in Puerto Rico and I've had a Parlor palm for about a year and I need some insight please... it was thriving well at first then all of a sudden the leaves started to turn brown and drying out. I repotted it thinking it needed more space but that did nothing it still continues. I make sure it's moist not to much.. but please I need help it was so beautiful before and now I just dont know. I will include pictures of when it was very healthy, then when it started and after repotting.

|Your Palm is not in good shape. It looks like the white spots on the fronds are a soft scale or mealybug infestation. But a more significant problem is the condition of the roots.
The original pot was more than large enough. The frond browning was caused by improper watering, probably not enough.
When you repotted, how much of the original soil did you remove? What did you replace it with?
Since repotting, how do you decide when to water and how much do you provide?
Do you keep it inside or outside? How much light does it get?
