Are the red cones that have seed-like kernels actual elephant ear seeds? If so, how can I plant these to grow more elephant ears?
Thanks.

Can you post a photo? There are several plants with the common name of elephant ears.

WOW LUCKY YOU! Yes you can sow them. They are berries. The actual seeds are inside the berries, kind if like a pomegranate seed. You pop the berry, extract the seeds and plant them in damp long fiber sphagnum moss, keep them warm and damp, and they should sprout if they are fertile. And there is no reason why they would not be. Once they are a goodly seedling size you can transplant them to soil.
