They look like Iris, sure some one else will chime in.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Thanks a lot for the help! Iris can be' so high?they are 3 meters tall...and there iris near them already flowered 1.5m tall these are not flowered

I was looking at some of the horizontal ripples in the leaves which I have seen in iris, never looked on Cattail leaves.
