So I found white little bugs on the soil of my aglaonema. I search on the internet and it says that it might be soil mites. Is they tend to be beneficial to the soil should I leave them or is it a pest that I need to get rid of? Once again thank you for all your help!

No need to worry, if your plant is doing well .
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
