From my neighbor, I'm a vine hater (well, mostly) and don't know what it is. Do you?

My first thought was that it reminded me a lot of my Hawaiian Bells (Stictocardia beraviensis)

But the leaves also resemble those of Betel Vine:
Betel Plant (Piper betle)
Wild Betel Leaf (Piper sarmentosum)

The leaves sure look a lot like those of the invasive Air Potato (Dioscorea bulbifera) too!
