Looks like Pieris sp after flowering with seed capsules forming.

Sorry, both are hard to shoot because there are other plants behind me that I don't want to step on so the angles are not so good. Also sorry for the sideways shots.

I think you got it! Pieris! I don't even think I've ever heard that name although I have seen many of these in our area. Looking closely at the leaves it's an exact match.

Your new pics confirm...see you pic below.

It even show at the top of your turned pic the new young leaves that are red ...typical of Pieris.
