Hmmm some resemblance but the foliage seems finer on chamomile, at least the images I found.

To me it seems the leaves of German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) are finer and the stems thinner.

The three images on this site don't seem as dense in the foliage though. Look how fine it is compared to the plant in Idaho.
