There are thousands of lily hybrids on the market and tens of thousands have been produced in the past. Although they come in many colors and combinations, we still lack a lot. What color combination (or one color) do you want to see and on which types of hybrids?
My wish list:
1. Real orange OT - orange is my favourite color and orange OT would be great! We already have some OT hybrids on the market that are orange, but in reality are yellow or dark yellow. There is no real orange.
2. Red or dark red trumpet with purple/black reverse - just imagine this lily for a second...
3. Blue lily or shade of blue - everyone would love that, let's be honest.

Luscious, the OT 'Orange Space' is a nice orange OR.

I want a green open face trumpet with a black nectary

'Queen Kong'is another nice orange OT. Again, not a real bright orange. But I like it.

Lovely avatar, Lucius. I don't know how I missed your post where you showed it first. I see it now, but I had been waiting for you to show your purest white L. candidums. Thumbs up Thumbs up Thumbs up

Well I would like to see a remake of the old and lost forever Lilium 'Fialkovaia'. A not very complex cross of Caucasus lily species. It was said to smell like violets. Lovey dubby

I should have at least one seedling with Blue Flash as a parent in the garden somewhere Whistling . I think I was lucky to get a packet from the NALS seed ex.

'Blue Flash' also known as 'Morpho Pink' is an asiatic bred by Brian Bergman of Canada. No henryi influence in there. The best description I have seen is here, as to the subtle colors: peachy pink with a violet hue and a splash of burgundy spots in the center.

I enjoy this one. It's different and you won't mistake it for something else. The color is unique.
