He hasn't grown at all in months... my other one is shooting out new leaves and the other one also looks more glossy. This ones leaves look... more matte and he isn't growing. None are dying but none are growing! Help Smiling

Plants grow best when they are moderately potbound. Yours is in a relatively large pot so it is putting its energy into filling the pot with roots at the expense of top growth. But it is healthy so continue as you have and be patient.
