I believe they are both Sedums from a group of plants known as Stonecrops.

Ok thanks I was just trying to figure out what the one that's blooming is mainly because this is the first time that it has bloomed and I think that its acctualy really cool didn't know that those types of plants bloomed like that. I figured it was a succulent of some sort.
