Can anyone point me in the right direction as what I should do (if anything) about these little yellow spots on my watermelon and cantaloupe crops. They've been there since they were much younger too. The cantaloupes are also showing something like some sort of mining going on. Pictures show watermelon and cantaloupe respectively.

You need more drying time between waterings to allow the roots to get more access to more oxygen in the roots. Oedema is a physiological disorder that develops when roots take up water faster than it can be used by the plant or transpired through the leaves.

Thank you, I will try leaving them a bit drier!
