Hi, I know this is a Jasmine flower bush but the leaves look different from the Jasmines I am used to. Any idea what species this is?

Lucky you! That's a beautiful Daphne, and one of my favorite scents.. you'll have to compare plant size and leaf shape and size to narrow it down more, but I'd probably start with Daphne jasmine a and Daphne tangutica.
