Hey guys,
I'm growing some sunflowers for my lady. There has been some heavy rain here and they have leaves like this now. I was wondering if any of you fine people could tell me. What it is and how too deal with it. I appreciate any help. Thanks ^-^

Welcome! I'm not really sure what this is. But since it is in the seedling stage, I would suggest to dump it and the dirt, and start fresh with new dirt and seeds.

Your soil needs more drainage because its holding a lot of water. Theres not enough oxygen in the root zone for the roots to be healthy. Next planting add a couple of bags of compost to the soil, a month before planting your sunflowers seeds.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
