Hi everyone! I'm new to the community and was hoping that you could help me identify a weed in the back of my yard. I live in the Northeast region of the United States and have quite a few of these growing in the woods in my back yard. I was pulling them yesterday and developed a very itchy rash that lasted about 24 hours. Can someone please help me identify what it is? And before someone says it - yes - I should have worn gloves. I know. :)

Welcome!

I never think about putting on the gloves until after I'm full of thorns.

You ran into a stinging nettle. Don't do that again. Smiling
