Hi everyone, I just recently started an herb garden and began noticing the soil in all 8 of my plants is infested with these tiny bugs! I've also found them underneath the pots.

They're extremely tiny and range in color from white to grey. They're also very fast! I'm suspecting springtails, but they don't jump. They only run away when disturbed. Please help me identify them so that I know what action to take! Thank you!

Don't worry about them if you are not missing leaf or stems. If they are not hurting anything then nothing to worry about.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
