Hello,
Several of my roses have deformed leaves. This should not be from any chemical as I haven't sprayed anything.

It doesn't look like RRD, but maybe pic 6 shows some mildew that later cleared up but left some distortion. I wouldn't worry about anything shown in your pics.

As Christopher notes ... some evidence of powdery mildew. Otherwise, all is well. New foliage is often quite red. I love it!
