Thread OP
Hi All

I am completely new to gardening. I have potted some cilantro/coriander seeds and after 5 days I am yet to see seedlings but I notice these tiny green balls type clusters in my soil. They are very tiny and I have attached images to show how they look to the eye and another with 8x magnification.

I am scared these are eggs of some unwanted pests or insects. Please help me understand

They might be snail or slug eggs.
From what I see, your soil seems to have a lot of left over plant debris. Plant debris draws insects, snails, slugs and fungi. It would be a good idea to clean up and get rid of that debris.

HI BigBIll

Thank you for your comments Thumbs up
Shall look at the debris issue. I am a little surprised about the eggs (if they are) because I opened a fresh packet of soil and potter the pot indoor it has never been out of the room.
