My daughter lives in Northern Kentucky and 3 of her rose bushes are covered with rust. She said it's over the entire plants. She asked if she should treat them with fungicide and cut the bushes back to the ground or what she should do? I haven't had the problem so thought I would check here. Thanks!

I don't think it will help and I've seen a lot of people use it and it didn't help only wasted their money and time. You need to pick Disease resistance roses.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌

Since 3 bushes were covered all in the same spot she cut them back to 6 inches, removed the leaves and used fungicide. She wants to know if the rust can spread to her peonies or iris or anything but roses?
