Your photos don't enlarge but, when trees ooze sap, its called gummosis. Gummosis can be caused by mechanical damage (pruning at the wrong time, bumped by a lawn mower...), stress (improper watering, sun scald, freeze splits...) or insects (borers) or diseases (cankers).

Can you re-post your photos? Add some closeups. Is the gummosis at the sight of branches that were removed? Do you see sawdust on the ground or tiny holes in the bark? Are limbs and leaves affected too?
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost
