Can someone please identify this photo of a plant In my garden. It's been there for years but this is the first time some burrs/flowers have appeared

Might also be an allium of some sort? It's hard to get a good look at the flowers. Are the leaves flat or round?

I think I've found it now, it could be a Soft-rush - Juncus effusus
