Help! I recently bought a Gerbera Daisy starter plant. I dug a hole in partial sunlight and mixed potting soil with regular dirt around it. The first night I had it there was a wind/rain storm, i check on them in the morning and they were beat to the ground and have not perked back up. I've been watering almost every day and giving them some plant food but nothing has happened. The flowers have dried and wilted and the leaves are still green just a few brown ones. What did i do wrong? Am i watering too often? Should i add mulch or anything? I'm new to gardening so I've been doing some research and would appreciate any help I can get.

Don't mix any potting mix with the soil, just replant it in reg. soil and it will be ok.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
