I accidentally used aqua herbicide treated lake water to water garden and didn't realize until I went down by my pier. I quickly watered again using well water. I grow veggies, flowers and herbs. Will they die? If they don't die, will they be safe to consume when ready to harvest?

Welcome to the site!

Would find out who/whom what agency treated the lake, they should be able to tell you what it was treated with, at that point you should be able to see what the toxicity is

They used three, Aquathol K, SCULPIN G and Weedar 64. I looked them up and see a list of %, but don't know what to look for in toxicity.

They are all herbicides, just me I probably out of an abundance of caution probably would not eat the produce.

The only thing I can suggest is look up each of those chemicals and read the MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet). I'm not familiar with any of those.
