Hi there,
I am hoping someone can help me identify this tree in my backyard. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It's some sort of columnar pine. Needles are in bundles of 5. Smooth bark. It's a beautiful tree and I'd like to plant more but I don't know what it is. I'm happy to take more detailed pictures if needed.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

With 5 needles per fascicle that puts it in the "white pine" group. Beyond that I am guessing but my guess is Whitebark Pine, Pinus albicaulis.

Thanks! Based on this information I think it may be a columnar Eastern white pine.
