So this bush was given to me when my dad died. It was very healthy for many years and was a big bush. I moved and transplanted it. It did well for another 2 yrs but last year it did nothing when spring came. I thought it was dead. This spring, I got a sprout and leaves. I was so happy! But now it is starting to look unhealthy. Can someone help identify it, so I can look up proper care on it and help tell me why I have spots and how to treat it?
