Hi, can anyone identify this for me please. It seems to be a small low shrubby plant. You can see the size from the image with my glove on it. I've added some close ups of the leaves. I haven't seen any flowers on it but it does seem to have the small red (fruiting bodies??) on it right now. The garden is in southern England. I've been really struggling to identify it.

The foliage looks like Erect Seaberry, Haloragis erecta possibly the cultivar 'Wellington Bronze'. I don't recall ever seeing it in bloom so I'm not sure this is it.
