Hello I recently planted some lily of the valley from some rhizomes I got out of a box at my local hardware store. Though it looks healthy and is absolutely beautiful, there is no smell. Is there any reason for this?

The flowers have a very faint fragrance in the morning. But I must caution you or alert you to the fact that just because something has a fragrance does not always mean that you can smell it.
