Thread OP
This tree is 2 years old and has been in the location pictured and pot pictured since we brought it home. It has always done very well but over the past few weeks leaves have started getting brown spots, curling up, turning yellow and dropping. I've attached photos for clarification. Any ideas what's going on and how I can help it?

Your plant is suffering from the soil being too dry for too long between waterings. The yellow leaf came from the bottom of the plant and is a indication of water stress. When you water, water until you get a some water in the drain pan, and make sure the all the soil is wet before removing it from the watering tray. Then allow the top inch to dry well before watering again.

I've never had luck with money trees. They're extremely fickle plants, in my experience. Shrug!

Thank you so much! You are right, the yellow leaves are all on the bottom. I am relieved to hear it could be an easy fix!
