Hello everyone! i have this one cactus for quite a while already but only recently discovered that it was covered in bugs. we got completely rid of them but she still looks really bad. now i just saw that she actually even has holes. can i still save her somehow? or not? and what should i do with her babies? they look fine

Gymnocalycium mihanovichii hibotan..and its cracked on the inside, likely rotten. Normal for these grafts..
maybe you can save the grafting stock(green bit), other wise, not, not the yellow bit...

Yeah the scion looks toast, but if you're up for it, you could try grafting the pups back to the rootstock and create a new scion that way for the plant so you could "save" it. The rootstock itself looks perfectly fine from your pictures.
