Another question! Now that it's bigger I'm hoping it helps find answers. In two pictures there's wood stalks coming from the ground and there was the stems with leafs coming off of it, so it's definitely apart of whatever plant this is 😅. There's serrated lily pad-shaped and serrated pointed leafs. The bigger it gets, the less red it is showing me. But it definitely has red on it. My LL told me it produces pretty pink flowers if it's maintained and trimmed. It's about 4 diameter right now, and i was digging in the ground trying to get rid of spreaders (there were "baby" ones everywhere) and I dug about two feet down and the wood stalk just kept going like it wasn't gonna end and I couldn't pull it up. I added two pictures of the "mini babies" that I refer to. 😅 if it didn't have the lily-pad shape leafs too, I would just say "oh it's a photinia!" just to give it up and lead with that, considering it's the only answer I can find online. Any help, please!

TLDR; WHAAAAT IIIIIS ITTTTT
