I think this is a Jade plant and am concerned for it's health.
It has a brown, corky texture forming on some of the leaves and some of the lower foliage is drooping.
Is this texture a type of fungi? Am I watering this plant incorrectly or is the lighting incorrect maybe?

How do you water? This plant can survive with very little water and lots of light.

Hiya, thanks for picking this up Kevalsha.
I used to water it very little, but after recently transferring it to a larger pot I have started watering much more regularly.
