Thread OP

In recent months my Elephant Ear has had loads of new leaves through but it's progressively getting less upright, splaying outwards and leaning really far forward. The first photo is from 5 months ago and the rest are now.

Whenever I see photos of healthy Alocasias they seem to be upright, is mine healthy? Is there anyway I can train it to grow upwards and stand upright? I don't have loads of space and with it spreading outwards its taking up more space. I did have a cane in there for support but I've also never seen this done so was thinking there must be a reason for that.

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Did you move it farther away from that window? It looks like it may be getting leggy because it is reaching toward the light...longer more fragile petioles are frequently a sign if insufficient light
