My dad has a cherry tree and he has had problems with it for a while.
There are brown spots on the cherries and the leaves, like they were burnt or rotted at certain places. The cherries are also kinda lumpy.

Holes in cherry is probably a cherry worm. Check for worm near stone. Google Cherry worm for info.
