I've been struggling with my lemon tree ;( it started yellowing and dropping leaves over the winter and ultimately lost all leaves. It has flowered twice since then. I've reppotted to add clay pot pieces at the bottom thinking maybe it wasn't draining properly, and I waited until the spring to fertilize. It's now in a sunny porch spot (moved during heavy rains). Help!!

It will grow new leaves. It doesn't need fertilizer (no leaves) plus fertilizer is not medicine - it won't fix suffering plants and sometimes makes things worse. The re-potting and the pot shards were a mistake. Pots shards inhibit drainage and repotting is always stressful. Winter indoors is stressful. Blooming takes a lot of energy. Your tree has been through a lot recently - Its going to take time to recover.
