This is a fairly small succulent, the individual plants are barely larger than a cm. Flower buds are pin-head size. Bloom is ca 1 cm across.

Perhaps Monanthes; M. polyphylla is most common.

Ohh, you are terrific! Yes, that's it. Looking at a couple of species there! Polyphylla might be the closest!
I never would have guessed, those buds and that bloom really threw me! Thanks so much!
