The big tall one in the middle of the picture
Don't know what this is. Thought it was nutsedge at first. Tried nutsedge killer, sledgehammer, pulling. None worked. And pulling seems to make it grow more

Lemme guess, it is illegal(or near ) to dig it out on account of the fire hydrant?
Because in theory, you should be able to dig out its tuber/rhizome thing...

Johnson grass. Pulling doesn't work. I runs by rhizomes. For a single, dig it and around it. Roundup works. It's worth it. Johnson grass is a pain when it gets established.
