I have arrowhead plant that is growing well but the roots are overgrown from the holes and the color is brown, should i repot it? And is there something wrong with the plant so i have to treat or change the soil?

Some Syngonium podophyllum have pinkish leaves. Your plant looks pretty happy. I wouldn't repot. The roots are growing out the bottom because of the saucer. They are following the water.
