Good tip on the parchment paper. The dehydrator I bought had maybe one tray were you can put small items, like blueberries to dry. Parchment paper sounds like a great way of adding a couple more trays when needed!

Yep, I was astounded when I stumbled on that one. I even let it run extra long in an attempt to scorch it but that was not a problem. Far better than buying the pricey sheets the dehydrator companies sell. Hurray!
