I want to recognize a bug, it looks like leaf but also like a frog. And he makes a big jump sometimes

where do you live?, as the location might be very useful to pipoint an ID better both in plants as wellas animal
however this looks like a nymph of insect in Cicadellidae, it looks like a Ledra aurita nymph, or at least memeber of Ledrinae.

Well that could really be a Ledra aurita, since that is the only species of the subfamily Ledrinae that lives in Europe.
