I have recently bought a garden and the grapevine there have these weird problem in almost all leaves (please see the images).

I would like to ask you if you know a solution for this problem. Is there any chemical? Or should I remove all the leaves?

Bug of some sort laying eggs.

It doesn't really harm the plant, so I would recommend you just leave it rather than introducing chemicals or removing healthy leaves.

I don't recognize the specific bug, and there is a chance that it's a bug that will do really nasty things after it hatches, but I would still wait and see unless someone chimes in with an id.
