hi

My tulsi is not grow8ng..evrry time i buy and pot saplings ..it dies in 3 days..i have placed pot under green net...is something wrong in the soil..evrything else serms to be growing fine

Its easy to over water basil. When you water only water the outer edge of the plant and water lightly. Then allow more dry time so the roots can get more oxygen. All it takes is one time over watering to kill basil.

I love Tulsi, but I also got some bad experienced with them, especially seedling. so I prefer plant from seeds. In my place, they do not like to be disturbed, so I direct-sowing.
Growing them with in pot with other companion plants is also possible, since companion plants helps to control over-watering situation in my tropical clime that is so humid. I grow some with begonia, few sprinkled in any pots of other plants, and whenever they survive I'll keep them.
Do try some seeds
