Hello, does anyone know what kind of vine-like plant this is? Since I took this photo it has started to shrivel up and I want to revive it. thank you!

Wisteria? Could you post another photo of the flowers?

I agree, Wisteria and hopefully it's the native Wisteria rather than one of the invasive types:

Native Wisteria:
American Wisteria (Wisteria frutescens)

Invasive Wisteria types:
Chinese Wisteria (Wisteria sinensis)

Japanese Wisteria (Wisteria floribunda)

If the plant is shriveling something is wrong with the roots; If the flowers are shriveling it's because they're done for the year.

okay thank you all! The plant is starting to shrivel. Wondering if the roots are too dry - I'm in Houston where it has been nothing but hot and sunny for the past several weeks with a few rainstorms here and there.

Then it sounds like you should water.
