My plants shows pretty bad damaged, can anyone tell from the picture what could possible be the cause?
Insect, excessive fertilizer, heat, bug, disease?
Many Thanks.

The holes are some insect, but I wouldn't say it is doing enough damage to be concerned about.
The dry, curled edges are some sort of stress - maybe temperature, maybe they were exposed to sun abruptly after acclimating to a shadier location.
Unless it is getting progressively worse, I wouldn't worry about it. They look generally vigorous and should grow out of it.
