Plant ID forum→Help identify plant please

I am trying to ID this plant, without much luck. I'm relatively sure it is not Conium maculatum -- its stem is not at all speckled. Western Washington State. Thanks for the help!

Spots or not, if the stems are smooth and the leaves don't smell like carrots when crushed, its Poison Hemlock. Are the stems hollow?
